The A-League is refusing to assist in the future of a club in Canberra.

Canberra United’s A-League Womens team is currently operated by Capital Football.

There’s a bid for a MENS licence, but that’s pending a consortium deal… and time’s running out.

One thing’s for sure: the A-League has publicly stated, it won’t prop up floundering soccer clubs…

It’s also asking for a decision within the next month if a MENS team is viable.
