An A.C.T. Bikie has escaped jail time after appearing in court over a violent disturbance which left a man hospitalised.
It was supposed to be a celebration back in December 2021 which turned violent.
The victim was hospitalised for three days
The 30 year old pleaded guilty in the A.C.T. Magistrates court to assault
The court was told, the accused was a member of the Comanchero bikie gang…
he was sentenced to nearly a year behind bars, SUSPENDED into an 18 month good behaviour order.
