If you plan to wag work on Friday – chances are you could be adding to the A.C.T’s labour and productivity woes.
According to comparison website “FINDER” – not going to work today could cost hundreds of millions of dollars worth of lost productivity.
Combined with yesterday’s public holiday as a national day of public mourning researchers are describing Friday as a dark day for business owners… with an expectation of staff NOT reporting for work.
According to its statistics – women were twice as likely than men to call in a sick day….
and overall, only 18 percent of Australians have NOT taken a sick day, so far this year.
