A change for some Virgin flights involving Canberra – but you may not see the difference.

It follows the success of negotiations between the airline’s union and management on pay and conditions.

As part of the agreement, there’ll be more in-house positions instead of outsourcing ground handling jobs.

One example involves Link Airways flights between Sydney and Canberra.

But it’s all behind the scenes – passengers may not see the difference.

No word on WHEN outsourcing will end and particulars have not yet been detailed.

It’s not clear how the negotiated plan could impact services at Canberra Airport.

However,  it’s clear that any such change will be kept behind the scenes.
