A new report has revealed Canberra’s best suburb for upsizing families.

Data unveled by Property Credit and Suburb-Trends found THE WODEN district is a likely good place to start a property search, for those who’ve outgrown their home.

Curtin – Hughes and Mawson were listed as the top three suburbs for upsizing to a four bedroom house.

The pricing found MAWSON was most affordable, at just over a million dollars

FADDEN was listed as the second most affordable A.C.T. Region for new families – at 1 Point 1 three million…

However, those who can compromise – an 840-thousand dollar house was ideal in Dunlop.
