A man’s due to return to the A.C.T. Magistrates Court later this week charged with indecent exposure at shops in Wanniassa.

The 62 year old man’s already made an initial court appearance  accused of waving his genitals in a circular motion… yelling at staff and throwing a cup of coffee.

It’s further alleged, he stole alcohol from a local store… and was pulled over by police, returning a blood alcohol reading of POINT ONE EIGHT ? more than 3 times the legal limit.

He’s been bailed – providing he attends rehabilitation for alcohol… and is due to face court again later this week.
