There are reports this-morning to suggest  Johnathan Davis will resign from the Legislative Assembly – and quit the Greens.

It follows last week’s bombshell allegations that Mr Davis had been involved in a sexual relationships boys aged  17 year old and 15 .

However, Police have confirmed, there’s been no complaint – but they DID receive a referral from the Greens.

It’s understood, Greens leader Shane Rattenbury was informed by Mr Davis of his intention to quit both the assembley.. and the party… and that Mr Davis would write to the speaker, to formally tender his resignation.

Mr Rattenbury says he’ll talk more about the matter… later today.
