A legal case begins in just under a fortnight – involving Shane Drumgold’s action against the A.C.T. Government over the inquiry into his prosecution of Bruce Lehrmann.

The report’s findings against the outgoing Director of Public Prosecutions was damning, and led to Mr Drumgold’s resignation from the position, after months of extended leave.

Mr Drumgold’s legal case will be heard on September 14, in the A.C.T. Supreme Court.
