A fourth property at Gold Creek has come onto the market, just a week after the George Harcourt Inn was listed.

Leumeah Lodge, a 60-room hotel on the corner of Curran Drive and O’Hanlon Place, is being sold via an Expression of Interest campaign which will close on June 18th.

The Lodge, known for group bookings, is operated by the YMCA, which has recently recommitted to leasing the property until March of 2036.

The price guide has been set at $19 to $20 million.

Leumeah Lodge is the fourth property in the Gold Creek Village precinct to be put up for sale in the last six months.
