The Hawker Men’s Shed has celebrated their winter repair café and market, which saw a record number of attendees.

Since the event’s inception in 2020, the volunteer repairers have now saved over 2000 household items from landfill.

Across the June event, 200 items were presented for repair, with 189 successfully fixed.

The next repair café and market is scheduled for Sunday September 20th.
