A technical issue is causing disruption for some “Work From Home” employees within Canberra’s Department of Social Services.
The problem appears to be associated with remote workers who use a V.P.N. (virtual private network).
It’s not related to cyber-security or a telco matter… and all departmental information remains protected.
Instead, this week, they just can’t access the system… but the reason remains a mystery.
Working at the office, is not a problem.
The department’s working with vendors to resolve the issue.
