A Canberra house has quietly sold for a whopping eight-million dollars… becoming one of the highest sale prices ever recorded in the national capital.

11 Wickham Crescent, Red Hill changed hands in January.

The four bedroom home includes almost an acre of lane, in one of Canberra’s most exclusive streets.

It had been on the market since October 2022 – and according to CoreLogic, it sold for eight-million dollars…. and entering the record books as one of the top five highest sale-prices in the A.C.T.
