13 recommendations for urgent action have been released, to help tackle high rates of suicide within the defence and veteran community.
Topping the list is the need to eliminate a backlog of compensation claims by March 2024.
Inquiry Chairman, Nick Kaldas says lives and livelihoods depend on it, while Veterans Affairs Minister Matt Keogh says work is already underway to clear the backlog.
Almost 200 witnesses have testified since the inquiry opened last year.
The final report is due in 2024.
