Almost 200 new homes could soon be built in Lawson, with a 53 million dollar development application now before the ACT Government.

The proposal includes 183 apartments across three towers, a mix of one, two and three-bedroom homes, with 23 set aside as affordable housing.

Plans for the Cambaroora Street site also feature communal gardens, bike paths, a pool, gym, and plenty of open green space.
