A 29-year-old man has been extradited from Sydney to face sexual assault and family violence charges.

It’s alleged that during October and November last year the 29-year-old man sexually assaulted his partner on two occasions and destroyed property belonging to her.

The incidents were reported to police and following investigations, officers arrested the man yesterday in Sydney.

He was extradited to the ACT and charged, and is expected to face court today.
