ACT Policing has issued nearly 2-thousand traffic infringement notices to Canberra drivers, in the second year of footage submissions to the Dangerous Driving Portal.

The most common infringements identified are traffic light offences, diving without due care, negligent driving, failing to give way and failing to indicate correctly.

The infringement notices totalled more than 850-thousand dollars.

In the past twelve months, police have also issued 414 cautions and 279 warnings for traffic offences following submissions to the portal.
