A man remains in custody after appearing in a Canberra court, after his extradition from New South Wales.

The 29 year old’s facing a variety of charges, including dangerous driving, property damage and failing to stop for police – stemming from two incidents in April last year…

The allegations relate to an altercation in Ngunnawal, followed a short time later by a car crash on the Majura Parkway.

Last week, he was extradited from New South Wales to appear in the A.C.T. Magistrates court, where his lawyer sought conditional bail – THAT was denied by the judge who remanded him in custody… for another court appearance next month.
