The new GREEN coloured QantasLink jet begins commercial service on Thursday with services in and out of Canberra being its first.

It then turns around and flies from Canberra back to Melbourne.

Qantas will continue using a mix of Boeing 717 jets and the new A220 as it brings in the new jets as part of a fleet replacement program.
