An officer’s recovering after being injured during the arrest of a man, over an earlier assault of a woman in Canberra.

It’s alleged, A 21 year old man indecently assaulted woman in her home, but resisted arrest while handcuffed – – bit an officer – and then urinated in a police vehicle.

The man was eventually taken into custody.

He’s facing multiple charges and is due to appear in the A.C.T. Magistrates court on a date to be fixed.
