It’s not yet known if there’ll be a re-trial in the case of a Canberra man accused of molesting his two sisters.

The case was discharged earlier this week by the A.C.T. Supreme Court after the jury failed to reach a verdict.

The 30 year old man was charged with multiple counts and denied the allegations.

The trial ran for two weeks – but after just a day and a half of deliberations, the Jury could not come to a verdict.

There’s no word yet on whether there’ll be a re-trial
