There’s been a slight delay in the case involving a 43 year old Canberra man – charged with pouring petrol on an A.C.T. Police officer.
The incident followed a domestic disturbance in January at the family home in Canberra.
When police intervened, it’s alleged an officer was attacked – and was doused with petrol before the man could be subdued.
The man’s already previously appeared in the A.C.T. Magistrates Court over the incident – but sentencing was adjourned until later this month.
