A.C.T. Senator DAVID POCOCK and former Canberra Independent MICHAEL MOORE continue to talk up a new local team of Independents to contest the October Territory election.

The “Independents for Canberra” Party will be launched in a fortnight at a public town hall event in Turner

and it’s got the full support of Senator Pocock, and Michael Moore… among other senior politicians.

The new party says Canberrans want change and deserve better representation…. and it’s currently seeking supporters, volunteers and candidate nominations, ahead of the upcoming town hall meeting.
