Three people have been arrested for stealing a car in Canberra.

Police allege, a Ford Falcon was stolen from Bonner on Saturday by a 17 year old girl, who’d arranged with the owner for a test drive as part of a sale.

Investigators say they found the car in a Belconnen shopping Centre later that afternoon.

The driver allegedly rammed the vehicle into a police car after being boxed in.

A 20 year old woman and a boy under 18 were arrested with the teen driver….

The 20 year old will face court next month – the boy will receive a caution, while the teen driver will appear in Childrens Court today on a variety of charges, including breach of bail
