The roads have re-opened after an early morning smash at the intersection of Lowanna and Ipima streets in Braddon.

A.C.T. Fire and Rescue crews, paramedics and police attended the accident scene from about  7.30am.

According to Emergency Services,  only one person was taken to hospital.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
