Youngest Covid Death in Canberra

Just a handful of details have emerged about the youngest person to die from COVID this year in Canberra.

The death occurred at the end of June.

A 40 year old died after testing positive – He’s believed to be the youngest fatality THIS YEAR from the infection in Canberra.

A.C.T. Health says, due to patient privacy, it can’t report if there were any other factors involved.

But it DOES say, There’ve been 32 Covid related deaths so-far this year.

Covid, RSV and the flu continue to make the rounds THIS WINTER – while whooping cough has also been reported among children in May and June.
