It’ll be another fortnight before the alleged gunman behind the Canberra Airport shooting will face court again.

The 63 year old’s been kept behind bars since the shooting mid last month.

It’s understood he refused to attend his most recent court proceeding,  because he was tired of waiting.

The statement of fact is still being prepared – he’s now due back in court in two weeks.
