There’s a call to set up greater regulations and punishments in the wake of the recent asbestos contamination of mulch in Canberra.
The call’s been made by Griffith University Professor THERASAH WILSON
She uses a 2020 case involving James Hardie which was convicted of asbestos issues, but was not required to establish an on-going awareness program…
The comment comes after news, earlier this month that multiple businesses had sold or supplied asbestos contaminated mulch in the A.C.T.
