A Canberra man’s due to return to court next month to face driving charges – separate from a conviction recording just recently in the A.C.T. Magistrates court over an assault on Christmas Day.

The court’s been told – the intoxicated 24 year old from Monash gate-crashed a Kambah house party… leaving the host with serious injury to his hands.

He received a 12 month community correction order – and 75 hours community service.

The man’s yet to appear in court to face the driving charges.
