Seven consecutive days of extreme pollen have been recorded across the A.C.T.

Authorities says – it’s also affecting people who’ve hardly-ever suffered hay fever.

Heavy downpours from the La Nina event have left paddocks to go un-cut, increasing the pollen activity.
