Police have now upgraded one of the charges laid against the Police officer … who’s alleged to have tasered CLARE NOWLAND at Yallambee Lodge in Cooma.

The state crime command’s Homicide Squad has now charged 33 year old Senior Constable KRISTIAN WHITE with manslaughter.

The case returns to court in Cooma next Wednesday … for a procedural hearing.

Senior Constable WHITE remains suspended from duty with pay.
