Canberra bosses are being urged to loosen the purse strings – with salaries now the TOP reason for staff to change jobs.

A workplace report has found – almost one in 10 Australian workers – changed jobs in the past quarter … and suggests ONE in THREE have moved to a new job over the past TWO years.

The NAB “Changing Workplace” report found almost a quarter of Aussies currently intending to leave their current jobs.

They also found – rising cost of living – means salary is the TOP focus for jobseekers.
