A Canberra judge has told a young teenager “To Do Something Positive” while on bail, charged with killing a 19 year old last month in a car crash.

The 14 year old boy faced the A.C.T. Children’s court yesterday but can’t be identified because of his age.

He faces a charge of culpable driving causing death, driving a stolen vehicle and other offences in relation to an early morning crash four weeks ago, during a joy ride in Belconnen

The boy is yet to enter pleas.

The case returns to court next month.
