A 20 year old Murrumbateman man’s had his car seized for allegedly doing burnouts in Acton – as well as speeding.

Police say they witnessed a Holden commodore on Barry Drive, containing four passengers.

The driver will be charged with improper use of a motor vehicle but police say more charges are likely.

Police now have the power to immediately seize and impound vehicles – if caught carrying out burnouts, street racing or menacing driving.
