Canberrans are gearing up to get their gear off later this week
it’s all part of an awareness campaign… not about nudity… but for mental health… and raise money for Lifeline Canberra.
Hundreds of people have registered to “Bare All” and strip down for an ice bath session – Friday June 21st.. at Lake Burley Griffin.
Organisors say it takes a lot of courage to do it… but it takes a similar sort of courage to talk about mental health.
The Canberra swim started in 2017.
