The Opposition is questioning what is happening at CIT, after it was revealed to staff that an acting CEO would be appointed shortly.
New CIT Chair Kate Lundy also announced a series of appointments within the institute’s executive this week.
Opposition Leader Elizabeth Lee says the Skills Minister needs to come clean on what’s happening at the organisation.
“Still no word on the Acting CEO, and we know the current CEO was stood down weeks ago,” Ms Lee said.
“The public has every right to know what’s happening, what has been happening and the Minister’s role in all of this.”
