The Speaker of the Assembly is considering whether to investigate if allegations were handled appropriately against Johnathan Davis.

Joy Burch says she’s concerned at some of the matters relating to the handling of sexual misconduct allegations against Mr Davis

She’s taken an interest in what information had been provided to the office of Greens leader SHANE RATTENBURY – and his public statement about his own internal investigation.

She also says, she first heard about the claims, from the media – she has many questions un-answered and will be seeking information pending advice on where she goes from here….
