There’s been a significant rise in Canberra’s parking revenue.
According to the National Capital Authority, there’s been a 25 percent rise in parking revenue across the A.C.T. – after reporting a record $21and a half million in tickets and fines over the past financial year.
Figures show parking revenue in central Canberra came in at 19.7 million.
Income from infringement notices was nearly $1.8-million
BOTH figures are an increase on the previous financial year – when more Canberrans were working from home.
