Lease negotiations have stalled raising concerns about the costs involved for Bungendore’s only community pre-school.

There are fears its annual rent could be raised four-fold as a result.

The Bungendore Preschool Association has been in negotiation since August with St Mary’s Parish, which owns the preschool’s site.

The previous lease expired in December and negotiations between the two parties are ongoing.
