If your regular garbage collection day is Monday, be prepared for a change this Christmas.

Monday marks Christmas Day – and so regular Monday garbage collections are being brough forward to Saturday instead.

Some of the suburbs impacted include as follows:

Belconnen, Chapman, Chifley, Coombs, Curtin, Denman Prospect, Duffy, Farrer, Fisher, Holder, Kambah, Lyons, Mawson, Molonglo, Pearce, Phillip, Rivett, Stirling, Torrens, Uriarra Village, Waramanga, Weston, Whitlam, Wright and Yarralumla.

You’re advised to contact the A.C.T. Government to confirm the change for this Monday only.

All other collections are as normal.
