Twist in Rape Case

There’s been a twist in the Brittany Higgins  Parliament House rape trial.

The A.C.T. Supreme Court will hear an application in the case… but it’s behind closed doors.

The application will be heard next week, but The courtroom will be closed to everyone – except court officers, lawyers and parties to the case.

Not even the nature of the application can be reported with the judge enforcing a non-publication order.

The re-trial is due to be held in February next year – with Bruce Lehrman pleading NOT guilty.
