The ACT Minister for Business has been grilled in Question Time over the low survival rate of businesses in the capital.

According to new data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics, the ACT has the worst survival rate for businesses in the country.

Business Minister Tara Cheyne defended her performance in the portfolio, in a heated exchange with Opposition Leader Elizabeth Lee.
