Australian Defence Force personnel are set to receive a pay rise.

All personnel will be getting an 11-POINT-2 per cent pay rise over three years, coming into effect from next month.

The deal was made after the Defence Force Remuneration Tribunal, agreed to the latest Workplace Remuneration Arrangement earlier this month.

Members will get a four per cent pay rise from November, 3-POINT-8 the following year, and 3-POINT-4 in 20-25.

This comes as efforts from the government to improve recruitment and retention continue.
