A 21 year old man will stay behind bars atleast until June after being jailed over a recent knifepoint robbery in Canberra.

It was a daylight incident… the man pleaded guilty to grabbing a man around the neck – demanding money and threatening him with a swiss army knife.

He was sentenced to a year and nine months jail – with a non parole period of 11 months. With time already served, he can be released from prison in June this year.
