Questions have been raised on HOW to re-open the Phillip swimming pool.

The facility is a privately operated business.

That’s why Sports Minister YVETTE BERRY’s keeping quiet on ways to get it re-opened for summer.

The operator has blamed the weather, saying the rain over spring prevented the pool from being painted.

There’s hope, continued good weather will see the facility opening in late December – but more rain could delay that plan to January.
